Reliance JioPhone's new plans: All you need to know

Reliance Jio's much-hyped ultra-budget phone - JioPhone - has been finally launched in India. Called 'India ka intelligent smartphone,' the phone will be available for pre-booking from August 24. It'll be made available on first-come-first-serve basis by September. Reliance Jio's much-awaited feature phone is here. Chairman Mukesh Ambani unveiled the device at the company's 40th AGM in Mumbai today. Though Ambani didn't reveal the exact specifications of the device, he did show some of its key features. The dual-SIM phone will be available at an ‘effective’ price of Rs 0. The trials for Jio Phone will start on August 15, 2017 and it will go on pre-order on August 24. Dubbed  Intex Aqua Zenith , the smartphone is targeted for the customers living in tier-III and tier-IV cities of India. Reliance Jio 4G VoLTE feature phone to be made by Intex

JIO DIGITAL LIFE NEW DELHI:  Reliance Jio  has signed up  Intex  as a vendor for its much-touted 4G feature phone, which will debut in August and could shake up the telecom market yet again for carriers, besides hurting smartphone makers in the near-term as well. The co-developed phone, which Intex is making in India, will be priced by Jio through a subsidy model, and will also be marketed by the new telco, with the handset maker not involved in both aspects, Nidhi Markanday, director and business head,  Intex Technologies , told ET. Tata Motors unveils India's first bus to run on bio-methane fuel

The Tata LPO 1613 bio-methane fuelled bus is already in operation in Pune, and Tata has unveiled three variants of its bio-CNG engines alongside this one. Continuing on its endeavours to develop clean emission commercial vehicles, Tata Motors has unveiled India's first bio-methane powered bus. Alongside, the company also showed off three bio-fuel combustion engines for LCV, ICV and MCV bus variants. These buses will contribute to Tata Motors' Smart Cities initiative, by including connected car infrastructure, reducing emissions and contributing to wet garbage disposals. Tata Motors has previously shown its intent behind clean energy vehicles at the launch of its Starbus Hybrid.
